Information Publication Scheme
A broad range of information about the department, its operations and current consultation processes is available under the department’s Information Publication Scheme.
Disclosure log
Each Australian Government agency is required to maintain a disclosure log on its website. The disclosure log lists information released over the past 12 months in response to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.

Generally, we try to release information we hold without the need for you to make a formal application for access under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act), unless there are good reasons to require one.
If the information you are seeking is not available on our websites and cannot otherwise be provided on request, you are welcome to submit a formal FOI request using our online form or by visiting Freedom of Information.
