Responses to the Exposure Draft Bill 2011

Thank you for your interest in reforms to agricultural and veterinary chemicals legislation.

The Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Senator the Hon. Joe Ludwig invited comment on an Exposure Draft of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Legislation Amendment Bill on 15 November 2011. Public submissions closed on Wednesday 29 February 2012, with the government receiving 71 submissions. The Australian Government is drawing upon these submissions to finalise the Bill.

All submissions that were received by the government have been published except where issues of confidentiality were raised. Both PDF and MS Word versions have been provided for accessibility, where possible.
