The following projects on legal liability issues associated with agricultural biotechnology were undertaken as part of the Government's National Biotechnology Strategy.
The question of legal liability is an important part of the genetically modified (GM) cropping debate. The information below seek to help farmers better understand the legal liabilities resulting from growing GM crops.
