The Australian Baking Industry - A Profile 2003
The Australian Baking Industry - A Profile was commissioned by the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry to develop a cross-sector profile of the Australian baking industry, post milling, across three main categories: bread products, cakes and pastries and biscuits.
The project was conducted by BRI Australia Limited in June 2003 and the findings are presented in this report, which includes a compilation of publicly available industry statistics and industry commentary on the current situation.
