Environmental Assurance Workshop Report 2002
One hundred horticultural industry delegates attended the Environmental Assurance Workshop (EAW) held on 23 July 2002 as part of the Third National On-Farm Food Safety and Quality Assurance Conference in Hobart. The Workshop was convened by the EUREPGAP Horticulture Compliance Sub Committee chaired by Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry-Australia. The aim was to progress discussion of Environmental Assurance requirements on-farm and to develop an Environmental Assurance Framework that builds on existing farm management systems.
