Exporting Australian Processed Foods: Are We Competitive? 2000
INSTATE investigated industry perceptions on the factors preventing them exporting effectively to a range of overseas markets. Information was gathered through a general survey of manufacturers, in-depth interviews with company CEOs, owners and export managers, focus groups and general research.
Based on their investigation, INSTATE developed an industry action agenda to change the current export culture from opportunistic to one where companies consider exporting a vital part of their overall strategy.
