These guidelines provide details of the allocated quota categories and the processes required to obtain access to quota under these categories.

Quota Approval Application Forms
Approval is required prior to manual lodgement of an RFP or to advise shipment plans for unused quota.

Transfer Forms
To transfer quota the following forms must be filled in and faxed to our office.
- US Dairy Quota Entitlement Transfer for shipments Word [41kb] must be used when you ship US FTA dairy quota through another agent or exporter.
- US Dairy Quota Entitlement Transfer Word [35kb] must be used when you sell or transfer US FTA dairy quota to another person
