NRS Annual Reports

At the completion of each Australian financial year (1 July to 30 June) the National Residue Survey Annual Report is tabled in the Australian Parliament before 31 October of the same year, in accordance with Section 10 of the National Residue Survey Administration Act 1992 (the Act).  The Act requires the following items to be reported:

  • money paid into the Reserve during that financial year
  • money paid out of the Reserve during that financial year
  • financial statements relating to the Reserve for that financial year, and
  • a description of activities undertaken in relation to the National Residue Survey during that financial year.

From the financial year 2002-2003, the National Residue Survey Annual Report has incorporated the former Report on the Australian National Residue Survey Results. In the 2006–2007 report, the results tables are incorporated within either the plant or the animal program section, as appropriate.
