Locust Management Advice
Some APLC locust control activity is anticipated for October-November 2008.
The last locust control activity was in December 2006. Locust control is possible in spring 2008 in parts of the New South Wales Central West and Riverina and in northern Victoria. This may require a combined action by landholders, state agencies and the APLC.
A regular summary of APLC control activities, including dates, locations, control agents and area treated will be given on this page during any control campaign.
