Compliance and Investigations’ core function is to detect, investigate and prosecute where export or quarantine laws are breached. Working with government and industry stakeholders, it informs respective parties about their responsibilities in law. It prefers voluntary compliance but provides a strong deterrent through investigation and prosecution of deliberate criminal activity.
