Smartforms

Smartforms enable shipping agents and vessel Masters to electronically submit applications.

Smartforms eliminate the need for manual processing. When a smartform is submitted, an email will be sent to the shipping agent providing acknowledgement and will reduce approval waiting times because they advise immediately of any missing information.

This will not only enhance Biosecurity practices at our ports but also provide a greater level of service to industry.

Available smartforms:

• Quarantine Pre-Arrival Report (QPAR) for vessels
• s20AA and s33 Permission for vessels to enter an Australian Non-Proclaimed First Port of Entry and/or Subsequent Port of Call
