ADASC - Australian Manual for the Control of Listeria
The Listeria Manual was developed to assist the dairy industry in the control of Listeria spp in the dairy processing environment. The Listeria Manual sets out the procedures to be adopted for the monitoring of Listeria spp, as well as the activities to be followed if Listeria spp is detected in dairy products or the environment.
