ADASC - Australian Manual for the Control of Salmonella
The Salmonella Manual was developed to assist the dairy industry in the control of Salmonella in the dairy processing environment. The Salmonella Manual sets out the procedures to be adopted for the monitoring of Salmonella, as well as the activities to be followed if Salmonella is detected in dried milk products or the environment.
