Exporter and EDI Registration Form
An Exporter/EDI User registration is required if you want health certificates and related documents to be electronically generated by EXDOC showing your company's name and address as the owner/exporter of this product and you have also purchased the accredited EXDOC interface software to enable you to raise, process or receive your own electronic export documents.
You need to complete this form if you wish to be registered on EXDOC as both an Exporter and an EDI User.
