The Product Hygiene Index is a uniformly applied method to verify an establishment's ability to comply consistently including its ability to detect and resolve its own deficiencies.

Export Meat Manual-Volume 2

Volume 2 contains information on documentation and essential requirements that must be met for meat and meat products exported to foreign countries.

Manual of Importing Country Requirements

The Manual of Importing Country Requirements (MICoR) is now in operation. Countries will be progressively removed from Volume 2 and moved to MICoR. If your country of interest is not in Volume 2, it has already been moved to MICoR.

Your Volume 2 user name and password will not work in MICoR. You can apply for a user name and password from the MICoR homepage.
