EXDOC Introduction Package

The EXDOC Horticulture and Grain Exports Programs Introduction Package consists of a number of documents which:

• assist you in understanding the EXDOC program
• provide you with contact details for key EXDOC personnel
• provide information on EXDOC specific functionality
• provide accredited third party software field explanations.

Whilst it is a requirement for all newly registered EDI users to undertake testing in the EXDOC test environment, there are no limitations on how long this testing period is to last for.

Further information on the requirements during the testing period can be found in this package.

Once you have successfully completed testing within the EXDOC test environment, you shall be promoted to the EXDOC production environment and from this date cease to generate 'manual' export certification.

The EXDOC Horticulture and Grain staff are available to assist you with any questions during your EXDOC testing period and also once promoted to the EXDOC production environment, and we look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
