All RFPs must contain the Registered Establishment number of where the inspection of the consignment is to take place.
In the EXDOC Production environment this establishment number must be that number assigned by DAFF Biosecurity through the Establishment Registration database. For those EDI Users who do not know the Registration Establishment number of the premise they should contact either the exporter or the establishment in the first instance.
In the EXDOC Test environment, a ‘dummy’ Registered Inspection establishment numbers has been created specifically for plant export operations.
This ‘dummy’ Registered Inspection establishment number is:
Horticulture Commodity RFPs: 98
Grain Commodity RFPs: 90
Whilst it is possible to enter an actual registered inspection establishment number into your RFP, there is no guarantee that it shall be accepted by the EXDOC system, as the Establishment registration database test environment have not been fully populated in all cases.
