Please note: The electronic lodgment and assessment of permit applications functions for Live Animals, Reproductive Materials, Cats and Dogs and Disability Assistance Dogs are not available at this stage and only manual lodgment of permit applications is applicable.

Payment
View the Charging Schedule for Import Permit Applications for the appropriate costs involved for lodging an application form.
You can pay for the processing of your application in one of the following ways using:
- Credit Card Payment Form - Word [121kb] PDF [22kb] to your application
or - Post a bank cheque made out to the 'Collector of Public Monies, DAFF'. This must be in Australian dollars.
Submitting the Application Form with Payment
Fax or post the completed application form with the credit card payment form or a bank cheque together to;

AQIS aims to approve all import permit applications within 10 working days, provided that all required information has been received at the time of submission.
The omission of any required information will result in an extended processing period.
Please allow additional time for the import permit to be received by fax or post.
