AQIS is currently experiencing an outage affecting all Import CONditions (ICON) systems.

As a result, the following systems will be unavailable during this time:

  • ICON Query
  • eLodgement
  • ePermits

AQIS IT is currently investigating the issue as a priority.

We apologise for any inconvenience experienced as a result of the systems outage.
