Offshore treatment providers list - China (excluding Hong Kong)

All certificates from treatment providers in China must be endorsed by the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People’s Republic of China (CIQ SA). This endorsement is the CIQ logo in the top left corner of the certificate. The certificate must also bear the stamp of the issuing branch. If treatment certificates from China are not endorsed with the CIQ logo they are unacceptable.
AQIS does not accept treatment certificates issued by private treatment providers located in Hong Kong for treatments performed in China. Certificates issued by private treatment providers for treatments performed in China are unacceptable.
