Use the Comments column to record pressure decay time (gas tightness drop in seconds from 200-100 Pa); Reasons for topping up and amount of top up; or information concerning monitoring tubes or supply pipes in fumigation enclosures. Incomplete or incorrect forms may delay the release of goods from quarantine.
