Fees for government animal quarantine stations for animals other than cats and dogs

Please be aware that fees are subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of the client to regularly visit the AQIS website for information about updates or amendments to AQIS fees.

The total fee for quarantine service is calculated after your animal/s or consignment arrives in Australia. The importer will be invoiced for these services.

The total of the invoice is payable before the collection of your animal/s or consignment from quarantine.

AQIS accepts payment by cash, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. Payment by bank cheque must be received at least 14 days before collecting your animal/s or consignment. No personal cheques will be accepted.

Further to the fees and charges listed below there may be other costs associated with import clearance, veterinary care or other services provided for your animal/s or consignment whilst in quarantine. These additional fees, which could be included, will appear on your final invoice.
