Description
A consultancy to document and analyse information reported in the scientific literature on disease agents and pests affecting or carried by freshwater finfish. This review encompasses significant, exotic disease agents and pests of freshwater and estuarine finfish likely to be imported into Australia, and provides information on the following aspects:
- Name and taxonomy of disease agent;
- Epidemiological features of disease agent;
- Impact to the fish host associated with disease agent; and
- Diagnostic methods and disease agent control measures.
