Live Animals
Live animal exports include companion and assistance animals, racehorses, livestock and genetic material. Live animals can be exported for both private and commercial purposes.
To obtain requirements regarding any animal you wish to export please search the Manual of Importing Country Requirements (MICoR) Live Animals system. MICoR contains import conditions for live animals and reproductive material for many countries as well as information about Australian export requirements, including disease freedom status, testing and treatments, health certification, transport and the need for permits.
