To raise, process or receive electronic export documents with the Department of Agriculture you need to be registered with EXDOC in one of the following categories:
An EXDOC EDI User registration is required if you want to raise, process or receive electronic export health certificates and related documents using the EXDOC system, and you have already purchased a registered EXDOC interface software package.
You will need to complete this form if you are a freight forwarder or an agent, and you do not intend to export product in your own name.

An EXDOC exporter registration is required if you want to have health certificates and related documents electronically generated showing your company name and address details as the owner/exporter of this product.
You need to complete this form if you want to be registered with EXDOC as an exporter only.

Exporter/ EDI user
An Exporter/EDI User registration is required if you want health certificates and related documents to be electronically generated by EXDOC showing your company's name and address as the owner/exporter of this product and you have also purchased the registered EXDOC interface software to enable you to raise, process or receive your own electronic export documents.
You need to complete this form if you wish to be registered on EXDOC as both an Exporter and an EDI User.

SEW - Single Electronic Window
The EXDOC/Customs Single Electronic Window (SEW) provides a single data entry point for obtaining export clearance of goods from both the Department of Agriculture and the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service through a Department of Agriculture Request for Permit (RFP).
You must be registered as an exporter with EXDOC and have your ABN registered with the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service before you are able to request your Customs Export Declaration Number (EDN) through the EXDOC system.
