Submissions for the independent review have closed.
To the extent possible, all submissions will be made available on the live exports review website. Personal details other than your name and the state or territory in which you reside will be removed before publishing. If any information contained in your submission should be treated as confidential, you should clearly identify the sensitive information and provide justification for treating it in-confidence on the submission cover sheet. If there is no indication of confidentiality requirements on the coversheet the full submission will be published on the website. Submissions received by post will be available in PDF on the website. Submissions may be processed on behalf of the departmental secretariat by external parties.
The personal information collected will only be used to inform the reviewer of your views. If a submission contains information relating to a third party individual, the author of the submission will be taken to have obtained the expressed and informed consent of the relevant third party.
The Australian Government reserves the right to refuse to publish submissions, or parts of submissions, which contain offensive language, potentially defamatory material or copyright infringing material.
