Dairy
MICoR (Dairy) sets out the known certification and importing country requirements that must be met in order to gain market access for milk and milk products. MICoR also provides information on a range of requirements for products that whilst not considered to be a traditional dairy product (minor component dairy), are considered by the importing country to require export certification.
MICoR (Dairy) also sets out importing country documentation and certification requirements, including labeling, product testing, manufacturing conditions and other relevant conditions that must be met to enable export to a specific market.
Dairy export establishments must be export-registered, and must conform to the Approved Arrangement requirements of the Export Control (Milk and Milk Product) Orders 2005 (this includes both the manufacturer and storage facilities).
NOTE: The current importing country requirements on MICoR are those documents that have historically been contained within DEPOM (Dairy Export Program Operation Manual). As revised content is added to MICoR content will be removed from DEPOM.
