How do I access content in MICoR?

  • Meat

    For exporters of meat and meat by-products, the Volume 2 access details will not work in MICoR. To apply for access to MICoR, go to the MICoR Meat homepage, click on the meat icon, then in the grey Login box, click on "Apply for access".

    Complete the webform details and click on Submit. You will receive a confirmation that your request has been submitted and that you will receive a response soon.

  • Dairy

    For exporters of dairy products, the DEPOM access details will not work in MICoR. To apply for access to MICoR, go to the MICoR Dairy homepage, then in the grey Login box, click on "Apply for access".

    Complete the webform details and click on Submit. You will receive a confirmation that your request has been submitted and that you will receive a response soon.

  • Plants

    For exporters of horticulture and grain products, general content is publicly available. If you require access to Protocols and Workplans, enter the "Documents" area of the Plants site and click on "Register with Plant Exports".

What if I need to change my password or contact details?

  • Once you are logged in, click on your name located near the top of the page, next to "Logged in as". From this screen you can change your password, or update your contact details.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

  • Select "Forgot your Password?" in the Login area. Enter your username and instructions on how to assign a new password will be sent to your nominated email address.
  • For MICoR Plants users, please contact micorplants@daff.gov.au to have your password reset.

How do I edit my account details?

  • Click on your name, (next to "Logged in as:") to edit your account details including your username, first name last name, and address.

What do I do if I have been locked out of my account?

  • If your password is entered incorrectly 3 times MICoR will lock your account. You will not be able to re-activate the account yourself, please contact exports@daff.gov.au to have your account re-activated.

Will I need training to use MICoR?

  • MICoR is designed to be easy to use. No specific training is required. Tips on how to search will be added to this page in future.

How can I search for specific country requirements?

  • Information for particular countries can be found by using the dropdown box.
  • Click on Tips for Search under the search bar for hints on how to search effectively within MICoR. You can also choose Advanced Search for more specific search options.

The country I am looking for is not in MICoR, where is it?

  • All content from Volume 2, DEPOM, PHYTO and ANIMEX has been revised and placed in MICoR. If the content you desire is not currently in MICoR please contact the relevant Exports area of DAFF.

Will there be future enhancements to MICoR?

  • As of January 2012, MICoR contains importing country information on meat and animal byproducts, dairy, seafood, egg products, honey, processed/packaged foods, horticulture, grain, and live animals. 

Who do I contact about changes to importing county requirements content?

  • Please contact your nearest regional office, who will feed this information to DAFF central office for verification and publication in MICoR.

How can I receive updates on MICoR content?

  • Click on Subscribe for updates in the relevant commodity area of MICoR.
