Regional Landcare Facilitators
Regional Landcare Facilitators are located in each of the 56 natural resource management regions across Australia. Regional Landcare Facilitators promote the uptake of sustainable farm and land management practices. They also establish, assist and develop community Landcare and production groups so that those groups can help share information and provide support to farmers and other land managers to meet challenges such as climate change.
This network reflects the Australian Government’s commitment under Caring for our Country to provide $33.6 million over four years to fund Regional Landcare Facilitators across Australia.
