Small Pelagic Fishery
In May 2010, the Australian Fisheries Management Authority granted provisional allocations of statutory fishing rights in the Small Pelagic Fishery, under the Small Pelagic Fishery Management Plan 2009 (the Plan). A total of 3 concession-holders applied to SFRARP for a review of the Australian Fisheries Management Authority’s provisional allocation decision.
